You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Services. AI-generated outputs are provided for your review and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

4. Confidentiality

You may have access to confidential portfolio or business information through the Services. You agree to handle that information in accordance with your organization’s policies and applicable confidentiality obligations.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Jalapeno does not guarantee that outputs, forecasts, or analyses will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular decision. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jalapeno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
